What roles can you help with?

The operating model is built to support employer-side hiring across business-critical roles. Exact role focus can tighten as the market thesis sharpens.

How is this different from a job board?

A job board gives you exposure. Smply Talent is intended to give you filtering, process support, and a more useful shortlist.

How fast can the process move?

That depends on role clarity, urgency, and responsiveness. The whole point of the model is to reduce drag and keep momentum where normal hiring processes often stall.

Why focus on fewer candidates?

Because candidate volume is often counterfeit progress. Employers usually need better signal, not more sorting work.

What happens after I submit the intake form?

Your role and context are reviewed, missing details are clarified, and the process moves toward shortlist creation and interview coordination.

Is the live automation finished?

Not fully yet. The site preview is real, but the intake webhook still needs its registration fix inside n8n before the end-to-end workflow is cleanly live.

The point is not more hiring activity. The point is a better decision with less wasted time.
